I like to go through the home with the owners to show them how they can stage their home to sell quickly and at the highest possible price. Flowers, a bowl of fresh fruit, pictures taken down from refrigerators, the aroma of cookies just baked, and candles---all add to the ambiance.

I have found that the Broker Open House luncheon is about the best way to introduce Realtors® to a new, nice listing. After all, seeing is believing. I have a culinary degree, love to cook and find that these luncheons, which I prepare myself, allow me to incorporate my two loves-- real estate and cooking.
